Nicole Frye is our instructor and the owner of Heart and Soul Massage School. She also has a massage therapy practice, Heart and Soul Massage & Spa. She graduated from the VA School of Massage in 2005, and has been practicing ever since. She has over 18 years of experience in massage, over 200 continuing education hours, and has a Virginia Massage Therapy License through the Virginia Board of Nursing.
